The 2023-2024 school year was busy and great. From the Warner Robins Museum of Aviation for statewide aviation testing, to New Teacher Training at Middle Georgia State University in Macon, to automotive training at Camp Trade and Industry in Lithia Springs, to Skills Regional competitions at Southern Regional Technical College, Southern Crescent Technical College, Cobb Innovation and Technology Academy, and Lanier Technical College, to the Fulton County Airport Transportation EXPO for area high schools plus other events, the wheels have been turning. 2024-2025 looks to be even busier.
On February 6th and 7th, 2025 the TIEGA Winter Conference will take place at the Chattahoochee Technical College – North Metro Campus. (Details in News/Events)
June 2025, TEFGA will hold its two-day summer conference. (The dates and location are not finalized currently)
On April 17th & 18th,2025, TEFGA will host the fourth annual Georgia High School Aviation Challenge. The site this year will be at the Warner Robins Air Force Museum. (Details in News/Events)
On April 25, 2025, Fulton County Airport and TEFGA will hold its 2nd annual Transportation Career EXPO and Open House for area schools. (Details and registration links in News/Events)
On February 6th and 7th, TEFGA will host the Skills/Georgia Marine Technology competition at the Gainesville campus of Lanier Technical College. Hans Metz, Program Director & Instructor of Marine Engine Technology Training and Yamaha Marine will again host this competition. Marine Engine Technology - Lanier Technical College .
